Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GarageBilling mobile application (the "App") operated by 1070 AI Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

GarageBilling is a mobile application designed for auto service garage owners in India. The App provides tools for:

• Creating and managing GST-compliant invoices and bills
• Managing customer and vehicle records
• Tracking inventory (parts and services)
• Recording payments and tracking outstanding balances
• Generating business reports (revenue, GST, stock, pending payments)
• Setting service reminders for vehicles
• Exporting data as PDF invoices and CSV reports

The App is a billing management tool. It does not process financial transactions, handle payment gateway integrations, or provide tax filing services.

2. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account using your email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes related to your garage business
• Ensure the accuracy of all data you enter (customer information, billing amounts, GST rates, etc.)
• Obtain appropriate consent from your customers before storing their personal information in the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GST regulations and data protection laws
• Not use the App to store or transmit malicious content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the App, including customer records, vehicle information, invoices, inventory, and payment records. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not claim ownership of your data.

You may export your data at any time using the App's built-in export features (PDF and CSV formats).

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by 1070 AI Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use the App's branding, logos, or trademarks without our written permission
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Resell or sublicense access to the App

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1070 AI Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any errors in billing calculations, GST computations, or invoice generation — you are responsible for verifying all financial data
• Any financial losses arising from the use of the App
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Service interruptions, downtime, or temporary unavailability
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

You acknowledge that the App is a management tool and does not replace professional accounting or tax advisory services.

7. Service Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, update, or add features to the App at any time
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates
• Discontinue certain features with reasonable notice

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their use of the App.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings or by contacting us at the email address provided below.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You use the App for unlawful purposes
• Your account is used to compromise the security of our systems
• We are required to do so by law

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
