Search by name or phone, or add a new one. On Android you can skip this for a walk-in.

Pick parts and labour
Search your catalogue by name or code. Your saved price fills in.

Adjust the lines
Change quantities (3.5 litres of oil works), add a one-off item, a discount or a note.
Step 04
Save and share
Save as a bill, then share the PDF on WhatsApp or print it.

Six lines, all from the catalogue

Every item on Rahul's bill comes from the Car Repair Workshop list, with the prices NS Auto saved. Engine oil is billed by the litre, so 3.5 litres works out to ₹1,925 on its own.

Parts and labour are listed separately on the bill. The finished bill is saved under Rahul's Swift, so next time you can see exactly what was done.

Questions garage owners ask

Do I have to type every part and service myself?

No. When you set up, you pick your type of garage, such as Car Repair Workshop or Two Wheeler Service, and GarageBilling loads a list of common parts and labour for that trade. You add your prices and any items of your own.

If I change a price while making a bill, is it saved for next time?

No. A price changed on one bill applies to that bill only. To change the price you use every time, edit the item in Inventory.

Can I bill a walk-in customer without adding their details?

Yes, on the Android app. You can skip the customer and vehicle for a quick counter sale. Without them, that bill will not appear in a customer's history or reminders. The web app currently asks for a customer and vehicle.

Can I give a discount?

Yes. Add a discount to the bill as a flat amount in rupees or as a percentage.

Can I put my logo on the bill?

Yes. Add your logo, garage name, address, phone, bill number prefix and terms in garage settings, and choose one of four bill designs: Modern, Classic, Minimal or Detailed.
